No Principal Protection
NO LOSS PROTECTION: PIH does NOT offer principal protection, capital preservation, loss reimbursement, or any form of account restoration. There is no "protected principal" amount. PIH does not make accounts whole and has no obligation to restore account balances under any circumstances.
You bear 100% of all trading losses in your account. The subscription fee you pay to PIH is for access to the algorithmic trading software only. It does not constitute payment for any guarantee, insurance policy, or loss protection of any kind.
PIH is not an insurance company, does not hold loss reserves, and has no contractual or legal obligation to reimburse trading losses. Any historical references to principal protection or loss recovery are expressly superseded by this disclosure.
AI & Algorithmic Trading Risks
MODEL DRIFT: The PIH AI trading model was trained on historical market data. Market conditions change over time, and the model's predictive accuracy may degrade as market dynamics shift. This phenomenon, known as model drift, can lead to suboptimal trading decisions and increased losses. PIH may update the model periodically, but there is no guarantee that updates will improve performance.
ALGORITHMIC ERRORS: The AI system may produce erroneous trade signals due to data feed errors, software bugs, unanticipated market conditions, or other technical failures. Algorithmic errors can result in rapid, automated execution of unfavorable trades before human intervention is possible. You acknowledge and accept this risk.
NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: There is no guarantee that the AI trading system will achieve positive returns, outperform the market, or match historical backtested results. Backtested performance does not represent actual trading and has inherent limitations, including the benefit of hindsight and the inability to account for slippage, market impact, and real-time execution constraints.
BLACK-SWAN EVENTS: The AI model may not have been trained on rare, extreme market events ("black-swan" events). During such events, the model may execute trades that result in substantial losses. Historical simulation does not capture tail-risk scenarios that have not yet occurred in the historical record.
API Access Limitation Disclaimer
API ACCESS NOTICE: PIH receives trade-only API access to client brokerage accounts via OAuth authentication. PIH cannot deposit or withdraw funds. Clients retain full ownership and control of their accounts at all times. PIH's access is limited to placing, modifying, and cancelling trade orders only.

REGULATORY STATUS: PIH is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any state securities regulator. NO GUARANTEED RETURNS: PIH does not guarantee any specific rate of return, profit, or performance outcome. Any projections, examples, or historical references on this website are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed future results.
The AI system has been developed using historical data and simulation. However, past performance is not indicative of future results. No third-party audit or verification of performance claims has been conducted. Clients should not rely on historical data as a predictor of future returns.
Prohibited Claims: We never use phrases such as "guaranteed returns," "risk-free," "no risk," "insured," "SEC-approved," "fiduciary," "AI cannot lose," "passive income," or "tax-free income." Any such claims would be fraudulent and are strictly prohibited.
